My Bali retreat is finally here — and it feels deeply aligned.

Bali has played a profound role in my personal healing journey. It’s a place I feel deeply connected to — the people, the culture, the energy. Hosting my first international retreat here, in the heart of Ubud, feels like a natural extension of my own path and a sacred invitation to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Ubud, the spiritual and cultural heart of Bali, is surrounded by lush jungle, rice fields, temples, and rivers. Its grounding, healing energy makes it the perfect setting for deep detoxification, rest, and transformation.

This retreat is for anyone seeking deep healing and renewal — whether you’re feeling burnt out, lacking direction, wanting to restore your health, or simply ready to shift something in your life. Through detoxification, mindfulness, and self-reflection, you will reconnect with your body, mind, and soul, leaving renewed, balanced, and inspired.

You’ll have space to journal, reflect, and recharge in a safe, supportive environment alongside 10–12 like-minded participants. You’ll also be fully immersed in Balinese culture, with daily rituals, offerings to the Gods, traditional ceremonies, and a session with one of Ubud’s most sought-after healers — an experience you won’t forget.

Your retreat will be hosted at GDAS Ubud’s most luxurious and renowned wellness sanctuary.

• Juice with raw foods or salads

• A blended approach combining juice-only days with juice + food days

Having trained at the world-renowned Lifeco Detox Centre, I provide one-to-one guidance and continuous support throughout your detox. You’ll feel safe, empowered, and fully supported every step of the way.

 

Your Retreat Experience

This is a fully guided retreat, personally curated and led by me, Alana. From arrival to departure, you’ll be held in a nurturing, safe, and supportive container designed to foster deep healing on every level.
